Return & Refund Policy
We always strive to provide products you love. If something isn’t right, please let us know.
Because some of our items are perishable, we do not accept returns on juices. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will offer refunds or replacements when warranted.
If you placed an online order in error, you may cancel or modify it before it ships. Please email us at orders@spajuicebar.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Subscriptions
To skip or cancel a subscription, log into your account or email contact @spajuicebar.com.
Cancellations and refunds apply only to orders that have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order, but we can adjust your next shipment.

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service. Our juices and products are guaranteed fresh for the number of days stamped on each item.

No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and shipped.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Juice Delivery & Storage
If someone else will sign for your delivery, please remind them that juices must be refrigerated immediately.
SpaJuiceBar is not responsible for spoilage if your delivery is left unrefrigerated.
If there’s a problem with your delivery, contact us immediately, or no later than 10:00 AM the next morning, at orders@spajuicebar.com or call 954-205-5575.
Shipping Returns
If you are returning a non-perishable item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
