The Eyes of Sonia: Searching Within

The eyes of a child are what I am seeking.

Yesterday, I asked my soul a simple question:

"Soul, is there anything I need to know? Is there anything you want to communicate to me?"

My soul replied:

"Inhale self-acceptance and exhale self-judgment.

You do not have to earn love. You are lovable simply because you exist.

Others often reflect the love you have for yourself. Every thought you think is helping to create your future.

Look beyond the fears and limitations of others. It is your mind that shapes your experiences. You are unlimited in your ability to create good within your life. The universe supports every thought you choose to believe.

Accept your uniqueness and release your fears and doubts. There is no competition and no comparison. Everyone is different, and it was meant to be this way.

Love yourself first, for you are special and wonderful.

Release old beliefs that no longer serve you. They are only thoughts standing in your way. Choose new thoughts that are positive, empowering, and fulfilling.

Allow the light within you to shine. Your beauty will radiate like a beacon for all to see."

I wrote these words on July 12, 2013. As I read them today, 13 years later, I can only say, 'Wow!'
