Ground Cumin – 2 tsp

Cashew Butter – ¼ cup

Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Honey – ¼ cupÂ
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend just until smooth.

Stop immediately once combined — do not over-blend

Carrots, freshly shredded – 6 oz

Avocado, diced (about 2 large) – 2.5 oz

Cherry Tomatoes, quartered – 4 oz

Red Onion, shaved – 1 oz

Cilantro, chopped – a few sprigs

Black Pepper – a pinch

Chipotle Lime Dressing – 4 oz
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Gently fold in the dressing, taking care not to mash the avocado.
